August 24, 2021 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Explore strategies for scaling the Agile Coach role in support of your growing Agile program. This meeting will be held via web only.

The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.

How do you ensure that your organization has adequate coaching to support and sustain an Enterprise Agile program? In this session we will discuss why it is important to scale the coaching role to be successful with Agile, strategies for scaling the coaching function to multiple levels of the organization, and hear lessons learned from member companies that have blazed a trail in this space.

In this IT Peer Group event, you will have an exceptional opportunity to think through your challenges and new ideas with subject matter experts and peer IT leaders. You will take away valuable insights to build a playbook of implementable strategies and action plans.

Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
