Details
Description:

School is back in session and the crisp fall weather is the perfect compliment to the bustle on campus. We'd like to invite you to step out of your daily bustle to join us for the final in-person gathering of our UWEBC Contact Center Executive group of the year. Come join us for a productive gathering before the hectic final weeks of the year are upon us.

This exclusive, invitation-only event is a forum for you and other leaders with strategic and budgetary responsibility for their companies’ contact center success to network, discuss challenges, share strategies, offer candid advice, and glean strategic insights. The result: actionable knowledge that you can readily apply to your own operations.

This Retreat will be an intimate in-person gathering at the lovely Fluno Center in downtown Madison. You will be one of 15-20 leaders from UWEBC member companies with the largest contact center operations. There is no cost for you to attend. (To ensure true peer-to-peer interaction, we limit the invitations to executives only. Therefore, we ask that you please do not forward this invitation to others. If you feel there is someone in your organization that would be a great fit for this forum, please reach out to Matthew Cone)

Engaging agenda. The forum will be fast-moving and very interactive. The format will be a mix of small group breakout sessions, focused full group discussion, and some full group "open forum" dialogue with topics chosen from among those submitted by participants at the time of registration. While we will not have time to discuss all the topics submitted, our experience has been that there will be similarities among some that will allow them to be considered together – with a goal to compare notes on as many as possible. We will share a list of requested topics in advance of the retreat in order to support your ability to make the most of this time.

If you are new to our Contact Center Executive Retreats: You are in great company; the participants of the past two years have met regularly to support each other with ideation and experiences throughout the pandemic. It will be a resource to help you forge new relationships with peers in different organizations that can support you with perspective and understanding. Welcome!

I hope you can join us for this in-person gathering of the UWEBC contact center leader community!

Best,

Matthew Cone
