CX Data Analysis Methods & Techniques and Integrating CX Data from Multiple Sources for a Holistic View
February 24, 2022 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Learn new ideas for enhancing and optimizing the value of your organization's customer listening and experience improvement efforts through discussion and practice-sharing with fellow practitioners.

At this session, we'll hear from Johnathan Greenwood, Practice Leader of Measurement and VoC, and Stephen Shay, VP and Practice Leader of CX Capabilities of McorpCX. They will share and take questions about the path to integrating various sources of data for success, and highlight pitfalls to watch out for on the path to your CX goal. We'll also discuss and compare members' methods and techniques for data analysis. Come with your experiences and questions on these two CX topics identified as being of high interest to participants in the group:

  • CX data analysis methods and techniques
  • Integrating multiple sources of CX and operational data for a holistic view
