Description:

Artificial intelligence and social may get all the buzz, but your web site and email programs deliver the goods. Take care of the channels that take care of you. Add life to your tried and true web sites, landing pages and email campaigns with best practices and optimization techniques for improving these digital experiences. In the morning, you’ll hear from thought leaders on:

  • A strategic framework for employing business inputs that lead to campaign success
    • Presented by Cassey Ruhnke - Digital Experience Strategy Manager, American Family Insurance
  • Current UX & visual design best practices and tools for improving engagement and conversion
    • Presented by Caroline Sober-James - Director of User Experience, Acumium and Paul Lackner - Executive Creative Director, Acumium
  • Leveraging social proof to overcome fear and lift conversion
    • Presented by Angie Schottmuller - Owner, Interactive Artisan (Recognized as “Top Online Marketing Expert to Follow” by Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine.)

In the afternoon, we’ll break into peer discussion groups to go deep on specific design & UX topics of interest to you.

Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!

Webcast Available: If you can't make it to the event in-person (or if in-person registration has reached capacity), you can still register to attend from your computer. This option allows you to view the presentations, while attending in person provides you with the opportunity to participate in break-out discussions, ask questions or take advantage of networking opportunities.
