Companies participating in the E-Retailer SIG shared a similar business model. This enabled in-depth discussion of business processes and practices, business performance, online tactics, and technology challenges.
Participation was by invitation only and limited to B2C or B2B companies whose dominant share of product sales and company revenue comes from online direct marketing.
