After the near constant disruptions supply chains have been facing the past few years, many companies are now looking at their supply chain networks to ensure they are designed and/or optimized to support their new business models. But what are the key data points to consider, what tools should be used, and what exactly are we optimizing for - cost, service, etc.?
We will hear from Ralph Asher, Founder of Data Driven Supply Chain, as he shares his recommendations based on similar work he has done with numerous clients and in corporate roles.
Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
