Description
As agile practices evolve, leadership expectations are also changing. The most effective agile leaders are not simply enforcing ceremonies, tracking velocity, or managing team output. They are helping teams build clarity, accountability, adaptability, and trust.
This session will examine the role of leadership and coaching maturity in creating sustainable agile organizations. Participants will explore how leaders can move beyond process compliance and toward a more enabling model that supports team autonomy, better decision-making, and continuous improvement. The discussion will also highlight common maturity challenges, including inconsistent coaching practices, unclear leadership behaviors, over-reliance on agile roles, and difficulty scaling empowerment across teams.
