David Dwight

David Dwight serves as the Product Management Practice Director in Residence for the UWEBC, where he helps member organizations strengthen their product leadership by connecting academic insight with real-world application.

Drawing on his role as Director of the Erdman Center for Operations and Technology Management at the Wisconsin School of Business, he brings deep expertise in technology strategy, product management, and operational excellence. His background includes extensive executive leadership experience transforming business units and product lines through strategic innovation and leading high-performing teams across sales, supply chain, product engineering, and operations.

David is known for driving improvements in profitability, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality, as well as stabilizing underperforming business units and positioning them for sustainable growth. He is also recognized for cultivating aligned, accountable, and high-performing teams through strong relationship-building and a clear, customer-centric vision. Through his work with the UWEBC, David helps organizations strengthen their foundations and deliver product experiences that create lasting customer value.
