Roger Paulson

Roger Paulson supports and coaches the UWEBC Practice Director team on planning, design, and execution of high-engagement collaborative learning events for UWEBC members. His role also encompasses research and implementation of enabling technologies for practice directors, design of new revenue-generating offerings, and administration of UWEBC’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Roger is an experienced professional with a strong background in business relationship cultivation, learning event production, CRM system administration, and customer service excellence. During his 15-year tenure as Customer Service Practice Director, he produced and hosted more than 290 collaborative learning events for the UWEBC community, consistently achieving top satisfaction ratings and enhancing member engagement. With an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Roger brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to event planning, data analysis, and strategic business decisions. His career also includes significant achievements in marketing, sales, and consulting, underscoring his versatility and commitment to driving organizational success.
