In this session you will learn what is means to become a product led company and how it aligns with and extends Agile practices across the organization. This session will highlight why transitioning to product led methodologies will help your business succeed, why companies leveraging these practices are customer obsessed, and how Wisconsin companies have transitioned to become product led.
In this IT Peer Group event, you will have an exceptional opportunity to think through your challenges and new ideas with subject matter experts and peer IT leaders. You will take away valuable insights to build a playbook of implementable strategies and action plans.
