Description

AI is accelerating feedback loops and compressing decision cycles, forcing Agile practitioners to rethink how work gets planned, executed, and learned from in real time. As teams gain access to AI-enabled insights, automation, and rapid iteration capabilities, traditional Agile rhythms and ceremonies are being reshaped—sometimes subtly, sometimes fundamentally.

This session explores how Agile teams can evolve their workflows, learning practices, and team dynamics to effectively operate in an AI-augmented environment. We will examine how AI changes backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement, while also introducing new considerations around trust, transparency, and human oversight.
