Description
Many companies are starving for elite talent. The top 20% of Knowledge Workers are only available to those who think differently in order to attract, obtain and retain in the open-world workforce.
At this meeting, we'll hear from Rob Thorp, author of Intelligent Hiring: How to Recruit in the Era of the Open World Workforce and discuss how best we might adapt our recruiting processes to be more effective. Rob's experience as an elite recruiter and as a hiring manager at Fortune 100 clients prepare him to understand the most challenging questions facing modern recruiting and will enable you to get an advantage in the new post-COVID workplace. We will also discuss with member companies Associated Bank and Lands' End how our organizations might create more agility especially for rapidly shifting hiring needs and critical skills.
