Disruptive forces are sharply changing how we live and work, creating an imperative for enterprises to rapidly adapt. So, the question we must ask, and answer is, how must your HR organization evolve so HR can take the lead in driving better and more sustained business performance. Of course, change is messy and there is rarely, if ever, a straight line to follow from the present to the future.

The UWEBC is pleased to have Kraig Eaton, a leader in Deloitte’s HR Transformation practice, join us on February 27 to share his views on the Future of HR. Kraig's presentation will walk us through the disruptive forces impacting the world of work and the things that HR must do differently in order to lead the enterprise forward.

Participants will learn about the following:
