Description

The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.

Having a fast, agile team is essential. Having many across your enterprise and enabling them with the right structures, capabilities, and culture, make organizational speed possible. We will talk about structural changes in your operating model and essential capabilities to cultivate. Some research shows the speedy company might also exhibit a higher sense of purpose and improved organizational health. Finally, we will discuss learning how to learn. The speed of learning must keep up with the pace and scale of changing expectations, circumstances, and technology. How well we do that will determine our success.

In this Agile IT Special Interest Group event, you will have an exceptional opportunity to think through your challenges and new ideas with subject matter experts and peer agile IT leaders. You will take away valuable insights to build a playbook of implementable strategies and action plans.

Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
