Description

According to a recent Harvard Business Review article, "Companies are Failing in Their Efforts to Become Data-Driven". A related MIT article discusses "Why So Many Data Science Projects Fail to Deliver." Both articles found that mistakes invariably occurred at the interfaces between the data science function and business at large, suggesting that leaders adopt a higher degree of collaboration between data scientists and those involved with problem diagnostics, process administration, and solution implementation. In other words, the problem is less about insufficient resources, wrong tools or systems or inadequate technology, and more about our ability to communicate.

We will feature the Founder of Analytic-Translator.com, Wendy Lynch, who will highlight the five biggest data mistakes leaders make that limit analytics projects. She will help unlock potential in your cross-functional analytics teams to achieve greater results. Over the course of two hours, participants will engage in interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions designed to uncover practical strategies for cultivating a data-savvy culture across all levels of the organization.

This session is ideal for leaders and professionals from various functions, including HR, IT, Data Analytics, and Operations, who are responsible for upskilling their teams, driving data-driven decision-making, and growing their teams through strategic talent acquisition and retention.
