As the world of work continues to evolve at a rapid pace, HR leaders are faced with the challenge of keeping up with the changing landscape and adapting their strategies accordingly. One of the most significant trends in HR today is the growing use of technology to streamline and automate HR processes, from recruitment to performance management and beyond.

At the forefront of this trend is ChatGPT, an advanced AI language model that can simulate human conversation and provide valuable insights to HR professionals. In this two-hour executive peer group meeting, we will explore the potential of ChatGPT and other emerging technologies to transform the HR function, discuss practical strategies for integrating these tools into our organizations, and discuss confidentiality, privacy, bias and fairness, legal compliance, and liability.
