Description
Organizations face an increasingly competitive tech talent market, leading to a tech talent shortage. This session will provide strategies to combat this challenge.
Attendees will learn ways to proactively identify, recruit, and retain tech talent. Topics will include best practices for recruiting and onboarding tech talent, optimizing job postings, leveraging technology and resources to find top talent, and creating an environment that encourages and fosters tech talent growth.
The session will also delve into various strategies to increase organizational tech talent, such as leveraging training and development programs, using shadowing and mentorship opportunities, and participating in tech-specific recruitment events.
The session will also discuss how to create a workplace culture that meets the needs of tech talent, such as providing a flexible and supportive work environment, offering competitive compensation, and providing meaningful career opportunities.
Finally, the session will provide attendees with a roadmap to success in tackling the tech talent shortage. Attendees will leave the session with an actionable plan and the tools to start solving the challenge of the tech talent shortage.
