Description
This virtual session will mark the official "kickoff" of the SIG – and will be an especially important one for all who will be participating going forward because we'll be developing the agenda of CX measurement and action planning topics for discussion and practice-sharing at future meetings of the group. We hope you'll join us to contribute your particular topics of interest so as to make your participation in the group as beneficial as possible for you!
Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, the meeting will be conducted as a 3-hour interactive virtual session using the Zoom Meeting platform. It will feature both full group discussions and breakout conversations in smaller groups.
In addition to developing our agenda of future topics, this initial session will be all about starting to meet and learn about fellow participants in the group, their organizations' CX programs/activities and where they are on their CX measurement and action planning journeys -- so that you'll know about others at a similar place to your organization and/or that share similar interests with you for future networking opportunities.
Please join us to at this kickoff session to meet fellow participants and provide your input into the future direction of the SIG!
Who Should Attend: Participation in this SIG is by invitation only and is limited to those with responsibility for, or direct involvement in collecting, analyzing Voice of Customer, behavioral and/or operational data for enabling their organizations to take action based on insights derived.
