Description
This Executive Roundtable will serve as a virtual huddle for HR leaders from UWEBC member companies to have candid discussions about current and emerging HR issues and challenges.
The already submitted topics highlight the pressing issues HR leaders face in today’s fast-paced business climate – from building change-agile teams and leveraging AI to navigating return-to-office transitions. Participants are also keenly interested in how to assess and develop high-potential talent, as well as the latest trends in hiring HR professionals, reflecting a focus on both strengthening leadership pipelines and evolving the HR function's capabilities.
All these questions matter to HR leaders because they directly impact an organization's ability to adapt to change, engage and retain talent, and remain competitive. In an environment of rapid transformation and fierce competition, each of these concerns has become especially urgent, making them front and center for this executive roundtable discussion.
This will be a highly interactive event and Doug Barton, UWEBC's Director, will facilitate the discussions.
