In this event, we’ll explore how organizations can leverage agile methodologies to thrive amidst uncertainty. By focusing on the harmonious integration of people, processes, and technology, we will dig into the core principles that make an organization adaptable and robust. Participants will gain insights into how agile frameworks can foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving sustainable success.
Despite the clear benefits, achieving true organizational resilience presents significant challenges. Many organizations struggle to balance the need for rapid adaptation with maintaining stable operations. Additionally, aligning cross-functional teams, adopting the right technologies, and cultivating a resilient organizational culture requires careful planning and execution. The complexity of these tasks can be daunting, and your agile processes have to be flexible enough to adapt to your innovative business needs. We will address these challenges, providing strategies to overcome them through effective teamwork, leadership, and technological integration.
We will hear from Melissa Maurer, Sr. IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at Sargento Cheese, Inc., as she shares insights on the agile processes that they have put in place to help integrate people, process, and technology at her company. We'll also hear a journey to Agile Synergy from Tom Zwick, Director of Data Services and Digital Transformation at OMRON - Americas. These two member stories articulate the power of collaboration and organization around processes that creates a more resilient space for your team to do their best work. Together with other member companies, participants will share their experiences, challenges, and solutions, creating a rich tapestry of knowledge that benefits all. This collective wisdom will empower attendees to implement agile practices more effectively, enhance their organizational resilience, and ultimately drive their organizations toward greater agility and growth. Join us in this cross-functional collaboration to build a resilient and agile future.
