Come join our big return to in-person events! You will have the option to join us on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus for a full day experience (including lunch and snacks!) or attend virtually for a shorter meeting on our new Marketing Community Hub platform.

We continue to expect more from our websites from empowering customers with new features to increasing site performance to be fast and responsive. In so doing, we often introduce complexity and friction to the customer experience. At the same time, customer expectations are increasing, the technology stack gets more complex, and more internal stakeholders have opinions on what the website should do. In this meeting we will explore best practices for identifying, measuring, prioritizing, and testing opportunities to improve website user experiences.

We will start our meeting with a panel discussion to address your questions. We have assembled a panel of your peers to share how they approach the UX improvement journey. We have representatives from Harley-Davidson, Brady Corporation and pc/nametag who will share their insights. Our panel discussion will be followed-up with a Member Spotlight presentation from Zendesk on how they are embracing a culture of data-driven user experience improvement in their journey to transform into a Customer Intelligence Platform.

  Melissa Burch, Director, Self Service and Proactive Support, and Lucile Vea, Group Manager, Engagement Marketing will share Zendesk's transformative effort to integrate data-driven user experience improvements both on their website and in-app. They will share how Zendesk measures, identifies UX improvement opportunities, prioritizes work and tests changes with customers.
