Description
Game-changing innovation is a magnificent thing. Disruptive products and services are released. New markets are created. Customers smile, employees celebrate and shareholders win. What’s not to like? The problem is that large companies find game-changing innovation astonishingly difficult to achieve. In this session we will examine what it takes to innovate at scale and learn strategies from industry expert Joel Podolny, CEO of HonorEd Technologies and former Dean of Apple University, on how organizations can ignite a culture of innovation to create repeatable and sustainable growth regardless of size or industry.
Joel will lead a lively discussion and breakout debrief rooted in his recent Harvard Business Review article titled "How Apple Is Organized for Innovation" and share strategies for organizations to unleash creativity, foster collaborative debate, and structure themselves for success in a fast moving world.
Let's kick off 2022 by unleashing the power of innovation to help our organizations thrive in a period of rapid change!
