Description
This Executive Roundtable will serve as a virtual huddle for HR leaders from UWEBC member companies to have candid, peer-driven conversations about current and emerging HR issues and challenges. Participants can expect to gain practical insights and actionable ideas based on the real-world experiences and approaches of other HR leaders.
Your peers who have already registered have shared an interest in discussing these five topics—and we welcome more:
- The evolving role of AI in HR — practical applications, emerging tools, and how to adopt AI responsibly without negatively impacting the workforce
- AI's effect on entry-level roles and workforce upskilling — how AI is reshaping entry-level positions and what that means for developing early-career talent
- Employee engagement strategies — what's actually working to build and sustain engagement across the organization
- Hybrid, remote, and in-person work models — navigating evolving workplace expectations and policies
- The shifting talent landscape — the current job market, rethinking degree requirements in minimum qualifications, and managing geopolitical conversations at work
We'll kick off the session with a quick straw poll so you can help shape the conversation and vote on the topics most relevant to you and your organization.
