While our personal lives are returning to "normal", the supply chain is still far from normal. Most supply chain leaders have been given a lot of lemons, and few of us know how to turn them into lemonade.
We will be joined by Dr. Fred Johnson and Dr. Paul Metler, co-authors of “The Reality of Change: Mastering Positive Change is Key to Extraordinary Leadership and Optimal Business Outcomes”, and leaders at InitiativeOne Leadership Institute. Dr. Fred will walk us through lessons on dealing with external pressures that he has taught to leaders in the NFL, UW Athletics, Fortune 500 companies, Healthcare, and more. He got his start shaping work cultures to support lean manufacturing, and he will share with us practical advice on how to rise above the noise and keep up team morale in a tough supply environment. After our breakout session with senior leaders at member companies, Dr. Paul will help us recap key takeaways from the session to leave us inspired to tackle the days, weeks and months ahead.
This will be a highly interactive session where you can share challenges with peers and gain insights in a safe environment. Breakout discussions with peers will help you generate actionable ideas to immediately begin applying in your organization.
