Description

In recent years, supply chains have moved from being seen as cost centers to becoming the driver of customer satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) based on product availability. The pendulum has begun to swing from needing an efficient supply chain to needing a responsive one. The question is: how far should it go?

In this meeting, we'll discuss various approaches to ensuring a resilient supply chain by balancing cost and flow. We will be joined by member company SAP who will share their experiences, and we'll share additional approaches with each other in member-led breakout sessions.
