Dennis Armstrong is an innovative and strategic human resources and organization development leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing talent management, organization development, and employee relations programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving measurable business results. He has led large-scale organizational and culture change initiatives within Fortune 500 companies, increasing employee engagement and strengthening overall organizational effectiveness.

Dennis brings deep expertise in executive onboarding, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and compensation design, including presenting talent strategies to Boards of Directors. Known for his strong presentation and facilitation skills, he is an evidence-based leader who uses data and metrics to drive continuous improvement, build high-performing cross-functional teams, and support leaders through coaching, feedback, and change.
