Description

Often organizations ask: Do we need Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches or both? In this session we will take a look at the evolution of an Agile Coach as the needs of your teams and organization change over time. We will take a deep dive into the dynamics of agile coaching as your organization moves from agile team launches to true organizational transformation.

Key Take-aways:

  • Understand the difference between agile team facilitation and agile coaching
  •
  • Compare team agility to organizational agility
  •
  • Be able to decide how to staff the support you need for your agile transformation based on the needs of your organization
  •
  • Understand the development path for a scrum master to become an agile coach

In this IT Peer Group event, you will have an exceptional opportunity to think through your challenges and new ideas with subject matter experts and peer IT leaders. You will take away valuable insights to build a playbook of implementable strategies and action plans.
