David Rogers

Position title: Author, CxO Advisor, Keynote Speaker, Faculty, Columbia Business School

David is the world’s leading expert on digital transformation, a member of the faculty at Columbia Business School, and the author of five books.

His landmark bestseller, The Digital Transformation Playbook, was the first book on digital transformation and put the topic on the map. Rogers defined the discipline by arguing that digital transformation (DX) is not about technology; it is about strategy, leadership, and new ways of thinking. In his newest book, The Digital Transformation Roadmap, Rogers tackles the biggest barriers to DX success and offers a blueprint to rebuild any organization for continuous digital change.

Martina Lauchengco

Position title: Author, Coach, Keynote Speaker, Lecturer, UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Engineering

Martina is the author of LOVED: How to Rethink Marketing Tech Products, a #1 Amazon Best Seller. She spent 30 years as a marketing and product leader. She started her career working on market-defining software, Microsoft Office and Netscape Navigator. She teaches what she’s learned with Silicon Valley Product Group and is a lecturer at UC Berkeley’s graduate school of engineering. As a partner at Costanoa Ventures, she sits on multiple boards and coaches startups. Martina holds a B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University.

Kyle Cranmer

Position title: Director of the Data Science Institute (DSI) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison

He is a professor in the Physics Department with affiliate appointments in Computer Sciences and Statistics. One of Kyle’s goals for the DSI is to broaden engagement in data science across the UW-Madison campus. Drawing on his own experiences reaching across traditional academic boundaries, he aims to build partnerships between people working on data science methodology and those working in the natural, physical, and social sciences and the humanities.

Stephanie Woerner

Position title: Director and a Research Scientist at MIT's Center for Information Systems Research (CISR) at the MIT Sloan School of Management

Stephanie is Director and a Research Scientist at MIT’s Center for Information Systems Research (CISR) at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She is the co-author, with Peter Weill, of What’s Your Digital Business Model?

She also co-authored Future Ready: The Four Pathways to Capturing Digital Value with Ina M. Sebastian and Peter Weill.

Position title: Professional-in-Residence at Arizona State University, and author of the "The Strategy Activation Playbook"

Aric Wood is a Professional-in-Residence at Arizona State University, and author of the “The Strategy Activation Playbook”. Prior to joining ASU to help develop new curriculum for the next generation of changemakers, Aric led the global design consultancy XPLANE for twenty years, helping large organizations to clarify, communicate, and activate their strategies. XPLANE leverages visual thinking, human-centered design, co-creation, and multi-disciplinary teams to help clients realize their visions, faster.
