Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
For many B2B companies, your channel partners (distributors, dealers, advisors, agents, etc.) are the face of your company. In that role, your partners often have a better understanding of your customers than you do; making partner relationships critical.
This meeting will focus on how to best manage these relationships; building trust, sharing, engagement. Some topics we’ll explore include partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, feedback, co-marketing, analytics and the tools and practices to support those activities. You’ll hear how members are addressing these topics, including the challenges and solutions they explored.
