Description

Culture counts in all organizational transformations but it becomes critical in agile transformations. Organizations can do agile by changing their structure, processes, and technology. But they cannot be agile without changing the way people work and interact daily. Enabling a successful, agile transformation requires a fundamental shift in culture. In this session we will hear lessons learned from organizations that have successfully made this shift and help catalyze the transformation for other organizations just starting out on their journey.

Key Take-aways:

  • How to take change from organizational to personally meaningful
  •
  • How to build and sustain a new culture that supports behavioral expectations.
  •
  • Learn the value of monitoring progress, evaluating behavioral change and its impact on performance, and running regular retrospectives to learn from successes and failures.

In this IT Peer Group event, you will have an exceptional opportunity to think through your challenges and new ideas with subject matter experts and peer IT leaders. You will take away valuable insights to build a playbook of implementable strategies and action plans.

But not everyone is ready for the unpredictability and negative feedback that agile incorporates. Fortunately, brain science has uncovered simple, validated methods that stabilize the brain for higher “agility tolerance.” This session teaches a practical toolkit of brain hacks that build adaptability, vulnerability, scientific fearlessness and more to help you guide companies of all sizes as they engage constantly evolving customer needs.
