Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
It's a new year and there may be light at the end of the tunnel with a COVID vaccine(s). We also have a change in US administration, but at time of creating this meeting, it is still unclear what, if any, changes the new administration will institute and how that may affect US exports. Please join this one hour special session with Jay Nash of SUNY, Albany and Nash Global Trade to discuss an up-to-date view on export control/compliance implications of COVID-19 among other risks trade compliance professionals are dealing with currently.
The format will be a presentation by Jay, followed by a Q&A session moderated by Wayne Thompson. Audience members will be able to interact with Jay and Wayne in real time via Zoom, so get ready to bring your export control related questions!
