This has become an annual event to bring our UWEBC supply chain leaders together (on campus and virtually) to talk about talent. It is a great session to network with some amazing people leaders!
Today's supply chain teams - and their leaders - need to continually upskill to remain responsive and resilient in an ever-changing environment. As executive search firm, Alcott Global, shared in their 2024 report on The Strategic Evolution of Supply Chain Careers, "Supply chain leaders must prioritize talent development and provide their teams with the necessary resources and support to adapt and grow. This includes providing access to training programs, mentorship opportunities, and cross-functional collaborations."
Hear from supply chain leaders at UWEBC member companies on how they invest in their people, plus engage in insightful discussions with fellow UWEBC members.
Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for breakout discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
Online Streaming Available: If you can't make it to the event in person (or if in-person registration has reached capacity), you can still register to attend online. This option allows you to view the presentations, while attending in person provides you with the opportunity to participate in breakout discussions, ask questions or take advantage of networking opportunities.
