Description

Historically, the Sourcing team has been tasked with reducing costs (direct and/or indirect) for their company. While this is an important role the sourcing team can play, many Sourcing organizations are transforming to take on a more strategic role that helps drive revenue and growth as well. This sourcing transformation requires aligning sourcing strategies with overall business objectives, and putting the customer at the center of key business decisions. It also requires effective collaboration across business teams to gain executive buy-in.

We will hear from Yvette Henry, SVP of Strategic Sourcing for member Regal Rexnord Corporation, as she shares her experiences and advice on this topic. Join us as we share practical approaches member companies have taken - or are taking - to proactively position themselves as catalysts for revenue generation and value creation. We will also discuss how companies are communicating these new aspirations to their leaders, partners and teams.
