At this session, we'll hear from Johnathan Greenwood, Practice Leader of Measurement and VoC, and Stephen Shay, VP and Practice Leader of CX Capabilities of McorpCX. They will share and take questions about the path to integrating various sources of data for success, and highlight pitfalls to watch out for on the path to your CX goal. We'll also discuss and compare members' methods and techniques for data analysis. Come with your experiences and questions on these two CX topics identified as being of high interest to participants in the group:

  • CX data analysis methods and techniques
  • Integrating multiple sources of CX and operational data for a holistic view

Who Should Attend: Participation in this SIG is by invitation only and is limited to those with responsibility for, or direct involvement in collecting, analyzing Voice of Customer, behavioral and/or operational data for enabling their organizations to take action based on insights derived.
