Description
On May 27, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced proposed changes to the Valuation for Duty Regulations. These proposed changes will significantly impact non-resident and resident importers. If accepted, these changes will increase declared values for duty, affecting customs duties and GST payable for imported goods.
How are other UWEBC members researching these updates, communicating them to leaders and partners, and what action (if any) will they be taking? Join Matt Chizeck from Sub-Zero Group and other members in discussing this timely topic, its impact on your business, and share strategies for communicating this and other timely topics within your organization.
