Description

Crafting a product strategy that provides overall direction, alignment and priorities is becoming increasingly important today. A well-articulated and orchestrated product strategy can provide clarity, focus and accountability that can further drive efficiencies, effectiveness and even contentment within teams. Combining a product strategy together with an evidence-based management approach can deliver some amazing results across the entire value chain. The next iteration of the Agile Special Interest Group will be devoted to this discussion of crafting a product strategy and creating the underlying metrics that inform and guide decision making within teams and the enterprise.

Please join your peers from across Wisconsin to share, explore and learn how to more effectively promote Agility within your own organization. This will be an exceptional networking and learning opportunity for Agile practitioners, coaches, team leads and also those IT leaders with responsibilities in program, product and platform management.
