Description
The pace of change has sped up and current skills are quickly outdated while new skills are becoming essential. The recent pandemic compounded the effects by further accelerating pre-existing trends as well as causing workers to leave the workforce. In the face of this, our companies can be left struggling with gaps in key roles. Meeting these challenges require accurate inventory of skills in the existing workforce, identification of gaps to strategy and needs, finding talent on the open market effectively and reliably, and building plans to "upskill" the current workforce.
The program will feature both outside and industry perspectives from two HR tech luminaries and an interactive executive panel discussion with member companies in attendance.
We will be joined by Kevin Parker and Yvette Cameron accomplished technology executives and HR domain innovators and leaders. Their contributions to our current and future best business practices is enormous. Today Yvette leads the HCM strategy for Oracle and previously served as an industry analyst, SVP at SAP SuccessFactors, Saba Learning and she's an international speaker on Innovation in HCM processes and tech. Kevin is Chairman and CEO at HireVue who works with 30 of Fortune's Most Admired to transform the way they discover, hire and develop talent. Kevin has also served as CEO and Board Member at Polycom, Deltek, PeopleSoft, Aspect Communication, among others.
