Description
This Executive Roundtable will serve as a virtual huddle for HR leaders from UWEBC member companies to have candid discussions about current and emerging HR issues and challenges. Participants can gain valuable insights and actionable ideas based on the experiences and approaches of other HR leaders.
This will be a highly interactive event and Doug Barton, UWEBC's Director, will facilitate the discussions. Some of the topics already submitted include:
- Transition from Remote Work to Physical Offices: Navigating the post-pandemic world with hybrid models and seamless transitions.
- Recruitment & Skill Development: In this dynamic marketplace, how might we assess current workforce skills, predict future needs, and leverage tools like AI and skills-based hiring?
- Adaptive Strategies in Uncertain Times: How might we equip ourselves with contingency plans addressing the potential resurfacing of COVID and explore on-the-go learning technologies to foster growth in entry-level talents?
Registrants already include Capital Insurance Group, Organic Valley, Delta Dental of Wisconsin, FarWell, GE HealthCare, Kohler Co., Lakeside Foods, Lands' End, Madison Gas and Electric Company, Mason Companies, National Guardian Life Insurance Company, Sentry Insurance, Tormach, and Wm. K. Walthers.
Your expertise and insights will greatly enrich our collective intelligence on these and other topics. Join us in shaping the future of HR, one discussion at a time. We will share discussion topics as they become available so please share your pressing issues in the registration questions. Participants will also have the opportunity to pose other topics and questions during the event.
