Description

As companies struggle to attract and retain exceptional talent, The Great Resignation, Quiet Quitting, Hyper-flexibility are just a few terms that have made their way into the everyday vocabulary of global executives. While workplaces have shifted from WOS (work-on-site) to WFH (work from home) to WFA (work from anywhere) in the blink of an eye, two interwoven questions emerged:

How can an employer remain attractive to talent who can work for anyone, anywhere? How can we tap into the richness, creativity, skills and wisdom of a truly diverse, distributed team?

At this meeting, Dr. Shalini Nag, creator of The Success DeltaTM (a customizable framework that you can adapt to craft cultures that differentiate you from your competitors while driving business results), will discuss how a focus on equity, fairness, and inclusion can address these questions. Shalini's background as a scientist and experience with people and culture strategy supplemented with end-to-end business management at Fortune 500 companies equip her to find implementable solutions to the complex challenges facing today's organizations. The frequency at which CEO's talk about equity, fairness and inclusion in earnings calls has increased over 650% since 2018. In this session, we will also discuss with member companies regarding topics including public sharing of stats, supplier diversity and business resources groups vs. employee resource groups and how inclusion initiatives are contributing to their WFA cultures.

Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions and/or sharing a member practice spotlight to help us all grow better together. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly informative and interactive session, so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
