Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
The January IT Peer Group meeting will allow members to learn and discuss the case for customer-experience and employee experience transformation. Changes in customer behaviors and employee expectations are happening rapidly and those that adjust to the next normal better will come out ahead. The way we connect with and serve customers and employees has always been a reliable source of advantage. The time for action is now.
Topics will likely include:
- Developing customer and employee-centric aspirations
- Enabling the transformation with the mindset and skillset
- Delivering impact through new journeys, products, services, and even business models
Our event will feature interactive roundtables so that attendees will get their questions answered. This meeting is also the perfect opportunity to join your peers to exchange ideas, experiences, and vision you have for the customer and employee experience transformations of the future.
