Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
Employers need to pay careful attention to a variety of critical perspectives (such as legal, healthcare and operational issues) while developing plans to safely return to their workplaces. These include consideration not only of your organization’s internal preparedness for employee safety, but also the preparedness of the state’s health system for testing and treatment. In this special Web event, you will have the opportunity to engage in an interactive discussion with experts and your peers to deepen your understanding of these issues and associated strategies. Our panel of experts includes:
- Dr. Ryan Westergaard - Chief Medical Officer and State Epidemiologist for Communicable Diseases for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services
- Sean Scullen - Partner and National Chair, Labor & Employment Practice Group, Quarles & Brady LLP
- John Komosa - State Director, Wisconsin State Council, Society for Human Resources Management
Join us in this trusted forum for HR executives and tap into the group’s collective wisdom and experiences. You will take away actionable ideas and valuable guidance to help enhance and validate your organization’s return-to-work planning efforts.
