Description

In a world defined by MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and CI/CD (Continuous integration and continuous delivery), quick delivery of value to customers takes precedence over most other facets. Quality should not be one of those facets. The impact of low quality digital products and services can be felt all around us in countless service interruptions, security failures and software bugs. The consequences of not ensuring quality is exemplified in such examples as the now infamous Boeing MCAS system and its tragic consequences. Quality should remain a priority and an integral part of any meaningful value delivery mechanism at every level of the organization.

How should quality be addressed in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment? How should you inspire and drive quality within your organizations, the teams and all the way to the individual contributors? Through automation and predictive modeling, how can you proactively deliver better quality and results? These are all difficult and challenging questions to address, yet imperative to ensure the value delivered by a product or a service.

The January 28 IT Peer Group meeting will allow members to discuss how best to address quality in every aspect of IT delivery and operations. This meeting is the perfect opportunity to join your peers from other Wisconsin companies to exchange ideas, experiences and visions of quality enablement, and collaboratively work on defining how best to promote quality within your own enterprises. Among the presenters at this event are quality leaders from American Family Insurance, CUNA Mutual Group, and WPS Insurance. This is also a phenomenal networking opportunity for IT leaders committed to ensuring quality and value within their enterprise.

Webcast Available: If you can't make it to the event in-person (or if in-person registration has reached capacity), you can still register to attend from your computer.
