Description

The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.

Join this meeting to gain insight, benchmark and discuss how other UWEBC members are structuring their indirect spend and how control of those categories is allocated with each organization.

We will start the morning with a discussion between member companies on indirect category management. This interactive on-line meeting will allow all attendees to ask questions and discuss in real time. We will then pivot to an open discussion for all members to participate in based on topics posed by members. UBEBC members will then have an opportunity to join breakout sessions in areas of their specific interest. Examples of breakout session topics are: Contingent Labor, Marketing Spend, IT Services, IT Hardware, Contract Management Solutions, MRO (this may change and be refined based on topics suggested by members in the registration process).

We will wrap up the session by recapping the top points from the breakouts and discuss future topics for the Indirect Procurement Special Interest Group.
