Financial products are evolving rapidly as customer expectations, regulatory requirements, digital capabilities, and competitive pressures continue to reshape the market. Product managers and cross-functional teams are being asked to balance innovation with risk, deliver seamless customer experiences, and make strategic decisions that create long-term value.
Join fellow practitioners responsible for the lifecycle of financial products as we explore the opportunities and challenges defining modern product management. This discussion-based session will bring together professionals from across UWEBC member organizations to exchange perspectives on product strategy, portfolio management, customer insights, governance, roadmap prioritization, and the realities of bringing new products and enhancements to market.
Rather than formal presentations, the conversation will be driven by the experiences and priorities of those in the room, creating an opportunity to benchmark approaches, learn from peers, and build new connections with others facing similar challenges.
To ensure a productive and appropriate discussion, this session will not include conversations related to pricing alignment, future pricing intentions, competitive pricing strategies, or any other topics that could raise antitrust or collusion concerns. As with all UWEBC peer discussions, the focus will remain on product management practices, organizational approaches, processes, governance, customer insights, and lessons learned, creating a trusted environment where participants can openly share experiences while respecting appropriate competitive boundaries.
