Do you want to learn how to use process mining and intelligent automation to optimize and automate your business processes? Do you want to join a network of peers and experts who share your passion and curiosity for process improvement and innovation?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you’ll want to participate in the UWEBC Boot Camp on Process Mining and Intelligent Automation – a unique and intensive learning experience that will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and tools you need to transform your business performance and outcomes.
Process mining is a technique that uses data from various sources (event logs, databases, and user interfaces) to discover, analyze, and improve business processes. It helps you understand how your processes actually work, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations, and find opportunities for optimization and automation.
Intelligent automation is a way of using software tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA), business process management (BPM), and artificial intelligence (AI), to execute, monitor, and control business processes with minimal human intervention. Automation helps to reduce costs, errors, and delays, increase productivity, quality, and compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Used in combination, process mining and process automation can create extraordinary improvements in business performance.
In the Process Mining & Intelligent Automation Boot Camp, you will:
- Learn core skills and best practices for improving and optimizing your business’s performance with process mining and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Gain exposure to popular tools for process mining and automation.
- Complete six modules over three sequential days, allowing for concentrated, focused learning.
- Engage with instructor Cody Baldwin and fellow participants in an interactive live virtual workshop setting.
Following three virtual classroom sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in three virtual follow-on sessions, facilitated by UWEBC Practice Director Heidi Rozmiarek, that leverage UWEBC’s powerful peer-to-peer collaborative learning model whereby participants are able to deepen their learning and retention by sharing and discussing their experiences applying the methods and tools taught in the Boot Camp with fellow participants.
The Boot Camp and follow-on sessions will be delivered virtually, so you can join from anywhere.
