What Tim is working on:
As CIO of Findorff, Tim plays a crucial role in driving technological advancement within the company. With a rich background in various industries such as consumer goods, insurance, and power companies, Tim brings a broad perspective to his current role in the construction industry. Since joining Findorff in April, he has taken on the role of UWEBC Champion, helping to connect his colleagues across different departments — including marketing, HR, and technology — with the resources and events offered by UWEBC.
Tim shared that one of the most exciting projects he is currently involved in is collaborating with UW-Madison’s Integrate program to explore the potential of robotics in construction. This case study could yield significant insights into how automation and robotics could revolutionize construction operations. Additionally, Tim is closely monitoring trends in AI, machine learning, and data governance to better understand how Findorff can integrate these technologies to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
