As UWEBC enters its next phase, we are intentionally evolving how we design and deliver learning. Practice Directors in Residence are recognized experts in their respective fields who partner closely with the UWEBC team to ensure our learning remains relevant, practical, and impactful. Each of these Practice Directors in Residence bring deep, hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the real-world challenges leaders are navigating today.
As we move into 2026, Practice Directors in Residence will play an active role across events, discussions, and resources helping translate insight into action and reinforcing our commitment to focused, high-value learning experiences.
Meet our Practice Directors in Residence
We are honored to have David Dwight, Dave Schroeder, Shawn Belling, Jim Rink, Jason Voiovich, Spencer X. Smith, Jennifer Anderson, and Dennis Armstrong as our first Practice Directors in Residence.
With the support of our UWEBC Practice Directors, the folks in this new role will help support special interests in Marketing, Product Management, Lead Generation and Sales, Agile, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, and Talent and Learning.
